Hero Metrics — Alto Pharmacy

Alto is FuturHealth's pharmacy fulfillment vendor (not an MSO) — these metrics track order shipping/delivery performance rather than the funnel/retention metrics used for the three MSOs. Cohort = prescription created date; scoped to pharmacy_id = '4551'. Each metric excludes its own settling window from every period shown, except Canceled %, which has no settling window. "Non-Canceled Orders with a Ship Date" and "Medication Shipped" are the same underlying count.

Cohort/evolving logic: Account Created (no evolving exclusion), Consult Created (1-day evolving), Meds Prescribed (7-day evolving), Month 0→1 Retention (30-day evolving), Month 0→2 Retention (60-day evolving). Funnel metrics clip every period's end date to "today minus the metric's evolving days." Retention YTD does the same on the cohort-start window; QTD/Previous Quarter/MTD/Previous Month instead shift the whole cohort window back by the retention lag, so the cells show cohorts that would have hit their renewal milestone during that calendar period.
